Danny and the team at Rapid Response Restoration did an outstanding job on our condo renovation and remediation. I managed the project completely remotely, which could have been stressful, but  Danny made the entire process seamless.

They removed mold damage and rotting walls & flooring, installed beautiful new floors, and scraped and leveled the popcorn ceilings to a smooth finish, and more. Throughout the project, they communicated clearly, delivered on every promise, and coordinated directly with our building about insurance and deliveries without any hassle. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely acknowledge Carlos M. and his team for their hard work in recovering and remediating my room.

The team did their very best to recover and save as many of my personal belongings as possible. Carlos was also extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns so I could better understand the mold situation and what could be done to help prevent the mold from returning, especially since it appears there may have been a similar issue with the previous tenant.

He also provided me with supplies to help me clean and recover some of my belongings and clothing. Unfortunately, not everything could be saved, but I truly appreciate the effort the team made to preserve as much as possible. They also assisted with removing my damaged furniture and thoroughly cleaned and treated my room and closet.

I greatly appreciate Carlos and his team for their professionalism, patience, and dedication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of quality remediation services.

I am extremely grateful for the quality of the experience with RRR, from initial contact to the completion of the work of mold removal and remediation.  Honest, upfront, effective, and great empathy shown throughout the process, particularly from Vance (who did the initial evaluation, and was afterwards on-site alongside his awesome colleague Manny)!

After reading reviews and reaching out in the beginning, I heard back from Daryl virtually immediately, and he was very helpful in determining next steps.  I appreciated that he rightly focused on evaluating the recurring flooding and mold growth by encouraging me to firstly address the root of the issue, otherwise any work done regarding mold would merely be temporary.  So, after "Tetris-ing" some other needed steps to fall into place, I reached back out and the process began.

Vance came out to my home and did his initial evaluation, and while I had let the situation get out of hand and was visibly struggling with dealing with the situation, he noticed this and was both realistic and reassuring in his interactions with me.  This was a common theme throughout, and after multiple days of mold remediation and removal, I was thoroughly impressed with how Vance, Manny, and co. were in every aspect of this project.  This applies to their efficacy in completing the job effectively, which is not a walk in the park, as well as in their ability to communicate as noted above.

(With regard to value: I honestly don't get tons of quotes for this kind of thing as a pastime, so I don't have much to compare it to.  What I will say is that I tend to have a reasonably accurate Spidey-Sense™ for pricing of a whole bunch of stuff in general, and everything always felt very reasonably priced for the physically and mentally-demanding work entrusted to the crew.)

Because of RRR, I got to say goodbye to the mold, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.  This is the first review I've written for anyone ever online, and I've done more than a few revolutions around the sun.  That's how well they did.
